TikTok Ads for App Installs

Overview:

CAD 38002 Spend | 7054 Android App Installs | 13812 iOS App Installs

Imagine this Canadian app selling fresh goodies, dairy, eggs, veggies, both on Android and iOS. They wanted to get the word out, so they brought me in from square one.

I went full throttle, spending CAD38,000 on TikTok ads. The result? Well, brace yourself: 7054 Android app installs and a whopping 13812 on iOS.

That's like a farmer's market rush but in app form! Here's the kicker though: TikTok's math wasn't adding up. They were goofing on the CPA for both Android and iOS. It was like they were trying to divide the whole pot of money by the number of installs for each platform. Total mix-up! I had to set the record straight. In the video, I laid it out manually. Showed them how the numbers really jived. Sometimes, even the tech giants need a little human intervention to get things straight!

TikTok Ads for Dropshipping

Overview:

$137k Spent | 6217+ Purchases ($22 CPA)

I dove into this US dropshipping gig right from the get-go. The drill was simple: hunt for products, test 'em out, and if they shine, scale 'em up. If not, on the next. After sifting through a bunch, finally struck gold with a winner. Tested it out, and boy, did it perform! Took some hits during the testing phase, but it was worth it. We ramped up that winning product to a sweet spot and then took the leap—moved from dropshipping to managing our own inventory.

The overall stats for the store speak volumes: $137364 spent, 6217 purchases, all at a cool CPA of $22.10. But in the last 30 days? We've spent $16929, made 736 purchases, and the CPA nudged up a bit to $23.

TikTok Ads for Local Business (GYM)

Overview:

SGD 24k Spent | 2017 Leads (SGD 12.21 CPA)

I got on board to handle ads for a local gym in Singapore, and get this—it's exclusively for women. The place stands out for being a 24/7 gym just for them. Plus, they've got a pool, a cozy cafeteria, and even a workspace for meetings or work. My focus was on promoting these unique features. The results were pretty sweet: I kicked off their ads from scratch, dishing out around SGD 24621. What did it get us? A cool 2017 leads, all at a Cost Per Lead (CPL) of SGD 12.21.

TikTok Ads for Digital Products

Imagine a US digital product trying TikTok ads, spending around $6754 in just 30 days. But here's the kicker: they have got 555 purchases, making $12337 in total.

Before I swooped in, they tried handling it solo, but their ship was all over the place. Their ads account was messy, like a jungle without trails. No plan, no good testing, and a real naming mess. So, I dove into their setup and found the chaos. First off, their ads were all jumbled up. No structure, no plan. It was like trying to find your way in the dark. Testing? Nope, that was missing too. Imagine trying to sail without a compass! And the names? Totally confusing, like road signs pointing in every direction.

I got to work. Structured things up, gave their campaigns a clear path, and set up some solid testing. Gave everything a good label so they could actually find their way around. And guess what? Things turned around. Revenue shot up to $12337, with 555 purchases. The Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) was bang on target. Sometimes, a bit of structure and a plan can turn a rough voyage into smooth sailing.

TikTok Ads for Health Niche Subscription Business

Overview:

$68k Spent | 2013 New Subscribers ($33 CPA)

I dived into managing TikTok ads for this health subscription service —A big player with over 15 million active users and yearly revenue soaring between $30-35 million. They're right up there in the top 10 in the US health scene. I pushed in about $68002 into TikTok ads and reeled in a good 2013 new subscribers. The CPA clocked in at $33.78. Now, to really measure the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and profitability, we need the lowdown on their customers. Each of them sticks around for about 5 months, paying a tidy $20 monthly. That's $100 from each customer during their stint.

£25k Spent | 4,500+ Purchases | 3.6 ROAS

This beauty TikTok shop project kicked off in the UK, with a straightforward goal: test fast, scale smart. After rigorous testing, we identified winning products and scaled campaigns strategically. Once we locked in consistent results, we expanded to the US market.

In the UK, we spent £25k to drive over 4,500 purchases at a 3.6 ROAS. For the US launch, an initial £4k spend brought in 200 purchases with an impressive 4.55 ROAS, proving massive potential for growth.
